Approved Regulation determines procedure of realization of monitoring on giving preferences to domestic producers during tenders announcement and conduction. Monitoring is realized for analysis of price preferences adoption for domestic producers at the rate of 20 percents during participation in tenders, conducted within the frames of state purchases of goods, works and service.
