AFS issued permission to Eurasian Bank (Kazakhstan) to acquire Bank Troika-Dialogue (Russia)
 

Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) on its website http://www.afn.kz published the following information:
In compliance with the Agency Board resolution of February 1, 2010 # 11 it was decided to issue permission to joint stock company Eurasian Bank to acquire open joint stock company Bank Troika-Dialogue, Moscow, Russian Federation. (02/02/2010 kase.kz)
