Uzbekinvest, World Bank reps meet to discuss insurance development issues

Uzbekinvest national export-import insurance company on 16 February hosted a meeting with the representatives of the World Bank mission to discuss insurance sector development issues.
During the business meeting the sides considered issues of state and prospects of development of the Uzbek insurance market within the practice of voluntary and compulsory insurance types, as well as state of the Uzbek life insurance market.
The World Bank representatives also studied the activity of Uzbekinvest on carrying out reinsurance operations and risk evaluation, investments and claims, as well as in the sphere of insurance products promotion in the local and international insurance markets. (BVV)
