PetroChina seeks to strengthen overseas relationships

PetroChina Co Ltd (0857.HK), the world's second-most valuable oil and gas producer after Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM.N), said on Thursday that it wants to further strengthen relationships with Venezuela, Iraq and Kazakhstan as it looks for new sources of oil.
